Group, the Tunturi J4F treadmill is one in a long line of fitness-related
machines made by the company. In addition to treadmills and motorized equipment, Tunturi is known as the largest bicycle manufacturer in Finland. The company has
an 80-year track record, easily making it one of the oldest manufacturers
around.
The J4F treadmill model offers users a console display with a
scrolling information bar. It provides feedback on such statistics as time
elapsed, speeds, energy use, elevation, heart rate and more. This popular model
from Tunturi
offers several exercise modes including a manual option and a heart rate control
option. It also provides eight training profiles that are preset, but scaleable
for intensity and time. A wireless heart rate monitor is offered as an
additional option for this model.

speed range of 0.6 to 10 miles per hour, increasable in 0.06 mile per hour
increments. The treadmill incline range is 0 to 10

is a relatively small running surface, coming in at only 17 by

any gate, the size is a big con for this model. Despite this, the J4F treadmill does provide
