Yowza Treadmills
- Equipped with the Latest Technology
The founders and designers of Yowza treadmills were
already years ahead of everyone else in the industry before they built the first
cardio machine and put an unusual name on it.
A New Company With a Long History
Though it is a new brand on the market, the people behind Yowza treadmills have
been in the business for decades. Its founder, Leao Wang, worked for Smooth
Fitness before deciding to start his own company. As an inventor, he holds more
world patents on fitness equipment technology than anyone else in the business.
His founding partner, Joe Alter, is Yowza’s President and CEO. Alter started Smooth Fitness with his father after graduating from college in 1985, and he was
the company’s president and CEO from 2002 until 2008 when he began Yowza Fitness
with Wang. Together, the two men have a combined 50 years of experience in the
fitness business.
Yowza Fitness Treadmills - Factory Direct Yowza Fitness® is based in Bonita Springs, Florida, with the R & D headquarters
in Fort Lauderdale. The treadmills are made in Taiwan in Yowza-owned factories,
which ensures that quality control is held to strict standards.
Superior Pricing Plan
YOWZA Fitness® sells only online direct-to-consumers so they can pass on savings
up to 60 percent off by cutting out the middleman. They maintain a true factory
direct business model, and all purchases are shipped from a central US located
warehouse.
One of the Best Warranties
All of the treadmills come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and
drive system, 5 years on parts and electronics, and 2 years of in-home service.
In addition, treadmills come with Free Shipping and “Inside Threshold” Delivery,
which means they will deliver the box inside the garage or on the first level of
the home for no extra charge.

Yowza Treadmill Reviews
 |
Yowza has also chosen to have their machines delivered by a moving company
instead of a freight carrier, so you can be assured that it will be handled by
two deliverymen. This process eliminates most potential damage that can occur
during deliveries. And to ensure your complete satisfaction, the company backs
their Yowza treadmills with a 30-day No Questions Asked return policy if the
treadmill doesn’t meet your complete satisfaction.
The Products
The five attractive treadmills in the line are aesthetically pleasing, well
designed, and affordably priced. They include three folding models: the Yowza
Siesta ($999), the super slim Biscayne ($1,599), and the Keewadin ($1,499), one
of the Best Folding Treadmills of 2011. The two non-folding runner’s models are
the Juno ($1,199) and the value-packed Smyrna ($1,399).
Among a number of exciting features, Yowza treadmills have the innovative Swing
Arm technology that works like the shock absorption arm on a motorcycle. The
machines are built with other quality components as well including solid
hardwood decks (not composite) and strong motors. Led by Alter and Wang, who
have over two decades of experience making Smooth Fitness one of the most
successful treadmill brands on the market, you can expect your Yowza treadmill
will be equipped with the latest technology and be built to last.
